Red Hot Propane Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Reside within the Red Hot Propane service area.
• Follow the Red Hot Propane Facebook or Instagram page at the time of the drawing.
• Be a current customer or agree to become a new customer to claim the 1st and 2nd place prizes.

Employees are not eligible to participate in this contest.

3. How to Enter

To enter, simply follow the Red Hot Propane Facebook or Instagram page. Only one entry per person per platform will be counted.

4. Prizes

• 1st Place: 250 gallons of propane ($600 value. Must be a current or new customer to claim)
• 2nd Place: 150 gallons of propane ($360 value. Must be a current or new customer to claim)
• 3rd Place (10 Winners): Choice of a Red Hot Propane sweatshirt, shirt, or hat ($20 value)

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Contest ends April 30th, 2025. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible followers. Winners will be announced on May 15th, 2025 via Facebook and Instagram posts. Red Hot Propane will contact winners through direct messaging on the respective platform.

6. Claiming Prizes

Winners must respond within 7 days of the announcement to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Service Area Requirement

Prizes are only available to individuals residing within the Red Hot Propane service area. Our service area includes Madison County, Ohio and portions of neighboring counties that are within a one-hour delivery drive-time from of our fill station located in London, Ohio. Radius includes portions of Champagne, Clark, Clinton, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Pickaway, Ross, and Union. Winners outside of the service area are ineligible to receive the prizes.

8. Changes and Modifications

Red Hot Propane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. Rules and conditions of this promotion are subject to change at the discretion of Red Hot Propane.
